Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled DevOps Engineer to support and scale our Rural Connectivity Projects. This role focuses on building, deploying, and maintaining reliable digital infrastructure that enables connectivity solutions for underserved and remote communities. You will play a key role in ensuring high system availability, automation, security, and performance while working closely with cross-functional engineering, network, and product teams.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to support scalable rural connectivity solutions.
Automate deployment, monitoring, and recovery processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Collaborate with network engineers and developers to optimize system performance and reliability.
Monitor system health, uptime, and performance using observability tools.
Implement security best practices across environments, including access control and compliance.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Document system architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide operational support when required.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Strong experience with Linux/Unix systems administration.
Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalls).
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer role.
Experience working with large-scale distributed systems or telecom/network projects is a plus.
Prior experience in projects focused on connectivity, infrastructure, or public sector initiatives is highly desirable.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours with core collaboration windows.
Occasional on-call support may be required for critical systems.
