Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Cloud DevOps professional to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure. This leadership role is responsible for building highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud environments while leading a team of DevOps engineers in supporting mission-critical platforms used by global enterprise customers.
As a Lead Cloud DevOps, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure continuous delivery, system reliability, and cost-efficient cloud operations. You will play a key role in defining cloud best practices, automation standards, and DevOps culture across the organization.
Lead the architecture and operations of a large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platform on public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for high-availability systems with zero-downtime deployments.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Security teams to enforce cloud security standards, compliance, and governance.
Optimize cloud costs, performance, and scalability across multiple environments.
Mentor and lead DevOps engineers, conducting code reviews and driving technical excellence.
Define SLAs, SLOs, and operational metrics for platform reliability.
Drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes and automation.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Advanced experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures.
Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, security groups, and firewalls.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in agile and fast-paced SaaS environments.
8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles.
3+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
Proven experience managing multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale.
Experience working in enterprise or global technology organizations.
Full-time role (40 hours per week).
