Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Specialist – High Volume Messaging to join our technology team. This role is critical in designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable, reliable, and secure messaging platforms that handle millions of transactions daily. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating infrastructure, improving system performance, and ensuring continuous delivery across our messaging ecosystem.
As a DevOps Specialist, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and operations teams to optimize deployment pipelines, enhance system resilience, and support real-time, mission-critical messaging services used by global clients.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for high-volume messaging systems.
Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of messaging platforms (SMS, email, push, event streaming).
Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Automate deployment, configuration, and environment management processes.
Implement robust security practices, including access controls, secrets management, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with development teams to improve release cycles and system reliability.
Perform root cause analysis and participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
Optimize cost, performance, and resource utilization across cloud environments.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and system architecture.
Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Splunk.
Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or cloud messaging services.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
Proven experience supporting high-volume, distributed systems.
Experience working in agile or DevOps-driven environments.
Background in telecom, fintech, SaaS, or large-scale digital platforms is a strong advantage.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours depending on project and time zone requirements.
On-call rotation may be required for critical production support.
Deep understanding of scalable system architecture and microservices.
Ability to manage complex production environments with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
Expertise in automation and continuous improvement practices.
