Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Real-Time Bidding (RTB) Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and low-latency systems that support our real-time advertising platforms. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and systems operations, ensuring that our RTB services run reliably under massive traffic volumes and strict performance requirements.
As an SRE, you will collaborate closely with engineering, data, and product teams to improve system resilience, automate operational processes, and drive continuous improvements in reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Design, implement, and maintain highly reliable and scalable infrastructure for real-time bidding systems.
Monitor system performance, availability, latency, and error rates using modern observability tools.
Develop automation tools and scripts to reduce manual operations and improve deployment efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead incident response and root cause analysis.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless and safe deployments.
Optimize infrastructure for low-latency and high-throughput workloads.
Collaborate with software engineers to improve system design and reliability best practices.
Define and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and error budgets.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 operational support when required.
Continuously evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system stability and performance.
Strong experience with Linux/Unix system administration.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and networking concepts.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
Familiarity with high-traffic, low-latency systems is highly preferred.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
Prior experience supporting real-time systems, ad-tech platforms, fintech, or large-scale web services is an advantage.
Proven track record of managing production systems with high availability and performance requirements.
Full-time role (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours with overlap across global teams.
On-call rotation may be required for production support.
