Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and visionary DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our cloud and infrastructure ecosystem supporting cutting-edge Travel & Tourism technology platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of systems that serve millions of travelers and partners worldwide.

As a DevOps Lead, you will lead a team of engineers, collaborate closely with software development, product, and operations teams, and champion modern DevOps practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining world-class system performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the DevOps strategy and roadmap for Travel & Tourism technology platforms.

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments.

• Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP with a focus on scalability and cost optimization.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and proactive incident management.

• Establish security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and compliance standards.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps culture and automation-first mindset.

• Lead performance tuning, disaster recovery planning, and high availability architecture.

• Mentor and manage a team of DevOps engineers, fostering technical growth and excellence.

• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance platform efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.

• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, New Relic).

• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

• At least 3+ years in a leadership or senior role managing DevOps teams.

• Experience working in high-traffic, customer-facing platforms (preferably travel, e-commerce, or SaaS).

• Proven track record of managing complex, distributed systems at scale.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
