Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic remote sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is passionate about building strong client relationships, and is motivated by commission-based earnings in USD. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting leads into long-term clients, while representing Global MNC Techs cutting-edge solutions across various industries.
This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while earning competitive commission-based compensation.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, qualifying leads and generating new business opportunities.
Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate products and services virtually to prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and messaging.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.
Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or B2B sales is highly desirable.
Experience handling commission-based sales and remote work is a plus.
Flexible remote working hours, with the ability to manage clients across multiple time zones.
Expectation to maintain regular communication and availability during agreed core business hours.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, prospecting, and lead qualification strategies.
Ability to analyze customer needs and present compelling solutions.
