Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic remote sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is passionate about building strong client relationships, and is motivated by commission-based earnings in USD. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting leads into long-term clients, while representing Global MNC Techs cutting-edge solutions across various industries.

This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while earning competitive commission-based compensation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, qualifying leads and generating new business opportunities.

  • Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Present and demonstrate products and services virtually to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and messaging.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in technology, SaaS, or B2B sales is highly desirable.

  • Experience handling commission-based sales and remote work is a plus.


Working Hours:

  • Flexible remote working hours, with the ability to manage clients across multiple time zones.

  • Expectation to maintain regular communication and availability during agreed core business hours.
