Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Content Moderator to join our Safety & Trust team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our platform remains a safe, trustworthy, and welcoming environment for all users. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, strong judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism. As part of a dynamic, remote-first team, you will be instrumental in identifying, reviewing, and managing user-generated content while upholding community standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and evaluate user-generated content across multiple platforms for compliance with community guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.

• Identify and escalate content that may pose safety, legal, or reputational risks to the organization.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve content moderation processes and tools.

• Provide feedback on trends, patterns, and emerging threats to inform policy updates and training.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of moderation activities, ensuring timely responses to flagged content.

• Support crisis response efforts in urgent or high-risk content situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of online communities, social media, and digital platforms.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in content review.

• Ability to handle sensitive, graphic, or potentially disturbing content with professionalism.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, community management, or a related field.

• Experience working in fast-paced, remote, or multicultural environments is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with content moderation tools, reporting systems, and workflow platforms is an advantage.

Working Hours

• This is a full-time remote position.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, or evenings as needed to support global operations.

• Ability to manage workload independently while meeting strict deadlines.
