Job Summary

Global MNC Tech, a leading multinational technology company, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead Agile Manufacturing Transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery, aligning cross-functional teams, implementing Agile methodologies, and ensuring manufacturing processes achieve operational excellence. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, technical understanding, and strong leadership skills to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale Agile manufacturing transformation projects across multiple locations.

• Develop project plans, define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, engineering, and supply chain.

• Ensure projects adhere to Agile principles, best practices, and industry standards.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

• Provide regular project updates and executive reports to senior leadership.

• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure project success.

• Mentor and support project team members in Agile practices and project management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field; Masters preferred.

• Proven experience in managing Agile transformation projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) applied to manufacturing processes.

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or similar).

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3–5 years leading Agile manufacturing transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-site projects on time and within budget.

• Experience with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Flexible working hours with occasional alignment to global team schedules.

• May require periodic virtual meetings across different time zones.
