Job Summary

You will design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to deliver world-class financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications in the FinTech domain.

• Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test strategies.

• Execute functional, regression, performance, and integration testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

• Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.

• Continuously improve QA processes, automation strategies, and test coverage to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, sharing best practices in test automation and quality assurance.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release readiness reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript) for test automation scripting.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and automated testing integration.

• Knowledge of database concepts and SQL for validation of backend systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on automation testing.

• Prior experience in FinTech or financial software development/testing is highly desirable.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture is a plus.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours aligned to your time zone.
