Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our US-Mexico supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination of shipments, transportation, and inventory across international borders. This role requires a strong understanding of cross-border logistics, customs regulations, and vendor management. You will serve as a vital link between suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for shipments between the US and Mexico, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
Monitor and track inventory levels, transportation schedules, and delivery timelines.
Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to resolve shipment issues and delays.
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance records.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize supply chain processes.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade compliance requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably with cross-border shipments between the US and Mexico.
Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and international trade compliance.
Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with a focus on North American cross-border operations.
Hands-on experience in managing shipment documentation, freight coordination, and vendor relations.

Flexible working hours, with the ability to coordinate across US and Mexico time zones (primarily 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time).
Occasional extended hours may be required to manage urgent logistics issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
