Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our remote team. As a CSM, you will act as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our SaaS solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic guidance, and drive adoption and retention. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong, long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring satisfaction and successful onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.

  • Drive customer adoption, engagement, and retention by providing best-in-class guidance and support for our SaaS platform.

  • Conduct regular account reviews, provide insights, and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a consultative approach to client success.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations tailored to enterprise clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in the SaaS or technology sector.

  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise clients and achieving high customer retention rates.

  • Experience with enterprise onboarding, adoption, and strategic account planning.


Working Hours

  • This is a fully remote position.

  • Flexibility to manage enterprise accounts across different time zones is required.

  • Standard working hours are expected, with occasional client calls outside normal hours depending on time zone differences.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise software adoption.

  • Ability to handle complex client challenges and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret usage data and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing competing demands.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and tools.
