Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Digital Growth Lead to spearhead our e-commerce growth initiatives across English and Portuguese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, creative digital marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns while aligning with our global business objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion in English and Portuguese-speaking markets.
Oversee all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to optimize user journeys, conversion rates, and retention strategies.
Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and inform decision-making.
Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources.
Lead and mentor a high-performing remote digital growth team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field (Masters preferred).
Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proven experience in e-commerce digital marketing and growth strategy, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing remote teams.
Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth management, or e-commerce leadership roles.
Track record of driving measurable growth in online sales and customer engagement across multiple markets.
Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.

Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, online consumer behavior, and digital acquisition strategies.
