Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Digital Growth Lead to spearhead our e-commerce growth initiatives across English and Portuguese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, creative digital marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns while aligning with our global business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion in English and Portuguese-speaking markets.

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to optimize user journeys, conversion rates, and retention strategies.

  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and inform decision-making.

  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing remote digital growth team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Proven experience in e-commerce digital marketing and growth strategy, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing remote teams.

  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth management, or e-commerce leadership roles.

  • Track record of driving measurable growth in online sales and customer engagement across multiple markets.

  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.


Working Hours:

  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours, aligned with global team collaboration.

  • Occasional meetings may require coordination across time zones.
