Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and infrastructure-as-code solutions (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, scalability, and availability in production environments.

  • Enforce cloud security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to integrate DevOps best practices into software delivery.

  • Develop tools and scripts to automate routine tasks, system monitoring, and deployment processes.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship on Kubernetes architecture, containerization strategies, and cloud security principles.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, DevOps trends, and security frameworks relevant to cloud-native applications.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and orchestration, including Helm, Operators, and Cluster management.

  • Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native security controls.

  • Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar.

  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Podman) and microservices architecture.

  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

  • Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

  • Understanding of security frameworks, vulnerability scanning, and compliance standards.


Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a DevOps or cloud engineering role, preferably in multinational environments.

  • Proven track record of deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production.

  • Experience implementing cloud security best practices and managing secure multi-cloud infrastructures.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours aligned with global teams.

  • Occasional participation in on-call rotation for production support may be required.
