Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a talented and highly creative Remote Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our FinTech team, focusing on delivering world-class user experiences for the LATAM market. This role combines strategic design thinking, user-centered design principles, and a deep understanding of mobile and web applications in the financial technology sector. The ideal candidate is passionate about simplifying complex financial solutions, crafting intuitive interfaces, and driving engagement across diverse user personas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile and web applications, from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Analysts to define product requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user journeys.

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with brand guidelines and user needs.

• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.

• Stay updated on design trends, FinTech innovations, and LATAM market preferences to continuously enhance user experiences.

• Present design solutions and articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably within FinTech, banking, or digital payments.

• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and high-quality digital products.

• Familiarity with responsive design principles for both web and mobile platforms.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience in digital products.

• Experience designing financial applications, mobile apps, or SaaS products is highly preferred.

• Prior work with remote teams and cross-functional collaboration is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.

• Collaboration with LATAM teams may require occasional overlap with GMT-3 to GMT-5 time zones.
