Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of our software solutions for clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to active usage. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the technical and operational aspects of deployment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions for new clients, including setup, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the launch phase, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand client requirements and tailor implementations accordingly.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and implementation documentation for each client.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure adoption and successful usage of the software.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet deadlines and client expectations.

• Gather feedback and insights from clients to continuously improve implementation processes.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status, and configuration changes in internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in SaaS implementation, software deployment, or technical project management.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based software, APIs, and integration methods.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other SaaS platforms is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or client onboarding for enterprise software solutions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible hours with occasional requirement to coordinate across time zones.

• Occasional evening or weekend support may be required during critical client launches.
