Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across multiple data center hubs.

• Deploy, configure, and optimize virtualized environments and cloud services to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.

• Conduct routine system audits, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with DevOps, Networking, and Security teams to streamline cloud operations and support automation initiatives.

• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and preventative maintenance for cloud systems.

• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for internal knowledge sharing.

• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in cloud engineering, data center maintenance, or related infrastructure roles.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.

• Hands-on experience with network protocols, storage systems, and server hardware management.

• Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).

• Solid understanding of monitoring, alerting, and logging tools for cloud infrastructure.

• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and hybrid environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, system administration, or data center engineering.

• Experience with large-scale cloud deployments, disaster recovery planning, and multi-region cloud architecture is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.

• Flexibility required to support global operations and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.

• Standard working hours with occasional after-hours support for system maintenance and upgrades.
