Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking an innovative and highly skilled AI & Machine Learning Specialist to join our Smart Factory team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to optimize industrial processes, enhance automation, and drive intelligent decision-making across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance, quality assurance, and process optimization in smart manufacturing environments.

• Analyze large datasets from IoT sensors, production machinery, and ERP systems to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and production managers to integrate AI solutions into factory operations.

• Continuously monitor model performance, retrain models, and optimize algorithms for accuracy and efficiency.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational productivity.

• Document workflows, methodologies, and results to maintain knowledge continuity and support regulatory compliance.

• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on AI and machine learning best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or C++, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Proficiency in data analytics, statistical modeling, and deep learning techniques.

• Solid understanding of IoT systems, smart manufacturing processes, and industrial automation.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, preferably within manufacturing, industrial automation, or smart factory environments.

• Hands-on experience implementing ML pipelines, predictive analytics, or AI-driven automation projects.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (Remote) with flexible working hours.

• Must be available for team meetings and collaboration across multiple time zones.

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning networks, and predictive modeling.
