Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly detail-oriented and dedicated Remote Medical Scribe to support US-based healthcare providers with accurate and timely clinical documentation. This role is critical in enhancing physician efficiency and improving patient care by ensuring that medical records are complete, precise, and compliant with US healthcare standards. As a Medical Scribe, you will work remotely during night hours to align with US clinical operations, assisting physicians in real-time or asynchronously with documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient encounters, including history of present illness (HPI), review of systems (ROS), physical examinations, and assessment and plan.

• Enter clinical data into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in compliance with US healthcare regulations.

• Review and edit clinical notes for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.

• Ensure proper medical terminology and coding references are used in documentation.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.

• Support physicians with chart preparation, discharge summaries, referral letters, and follow-up documentation.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline clinical workflows.

• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40–50 WPM).

• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation.

• Basic understanding of US healthcare systems and workflows.

• Proficiency in using computers, EHR platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Scribe, Clinical Documentation Specialist, or similar role.

• Fresh graduates with strong medical knowledge and interest in healthcare documentation are encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience with US healthcare providers or EHR systems is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US time zones).

• Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work from Home.

• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (rotational weekends may apply).
