Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Concierge – Luxury Itinerary Planning professional to deliver world-class travel experiences for our premium clientele. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about luxury travel, personalized service, and crafting bespoke itineraries that exceed client expectations. As a Travel Concierge, you will serve as a trusted advisor, designing tailor-made journeys, managing end-to-end travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless, unforgettable experiences for high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and curate personalized luxury travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel goals.

• Research and recommend premium accommodations, airlines, private charters, cruises, dining, and exclusive experiences.

• Manage all travel logistics including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, visas, and special requests.

• Build strong relationships with global travel partners, hotels, and service providers to secure exclusive deals and upgrades.

• Act as a single point of contact for clients before, during, and after travel.

• Provide real-time support and problem resolution for clients during their trips.

• Maintain accurate client profiles and travel history in CRM systems.

• Stay up-to-date with global travel trends, luxury destinations, and emerging travel experiences.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Strong customer service orientation with a luxury service mindset.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in travel booking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless experiences.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in travel consultancy, luxury travel planning, hospitality, or concierge services.

• Proven experience handling VIP or high-net-worth clients.

• Background in luxury hotels, airlines, travel agencies, or destination management companies is preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with core availability aligned to international client time zones.

• Full-time remote role (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability based on client needs).
