Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and creative Remote Content Strategist – German & English (B2B) to drive our international content strategy and strengthen our brand presence across German- and English-speaking markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong passion for B2B marketing, storytelling, and data-driven content creation. You will play a critical role in shaping how our brand communicates with decision-makers, prospects, and partners through compelling and impactful content.

As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple digital channels to support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand authority in the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy for German and English markets.

• Create high-quality content including blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify content opportunities and trends.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with business objectives.

• Optimize content for SEO, conversion, and performance using analytics tools.

• Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content delivery.

• Adapt and localize content for cultural relevance in German-speaking regions.

• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, traffic, lead quality, and conversion rates.

• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and content strategy.

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.

• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress or similar).

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing (preferably in B2B).

• Proven experience working with international or multilingual markets.

• Background in SaaS, technology, consulting, or digital products is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role with flexible working hours.

• Collaboration mainly within European business hours.

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
