Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager – DACH Region Growth to lead and scale our digital presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is fully remote and ideal for a strategic marketer with a strong understanding of the DACH market, B2B and B2C growth strategies, and performance-driven digital campaigns.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth in the DACH region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Content, and Data to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional digital marketing strategy focused on growth in the DACH market.

• Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

• Drive demand generation and lead acquisition through performance marketing initiatives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing budgets and ROI for all campaigns.

• Collaborate with the content team to localize and optimize content for German-speaking audiences.

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with pipeline and revenue goals.

• Manage external agencies and partners when required.

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools in the DACH region.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies.

• Proven experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German proficiency is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.

• At least 2 years of experience managing campaigns specifically for the DACH market is highly desirable.

• Experience in SaaS, tech startups, or B2B environments is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record of successfully driving measurable growth through digital channels.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Flexible working hours with availability to collaborate across European time zones.

• Fully remote role with virtual collaboration.
