Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior UX/UI Designer – Industrial IoT Specialist to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences for our next-generation Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platforms. This role is fully remote and ideal for a design professional who thrives at the intersection of user experience, complex industrial systems, and emerging technologies.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping how industrial users interact with advanced analytics dashboards, real-time monitoring tools, and connected devices. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to transform complex technical requirements into elegant and highly usable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for Industrial IoT products, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.

• Translate complex industrial workflows and technical data into intuitive user experiences.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions.

• Design wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platforms.

• Establish and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

• Continuously improve UX based on analytics, feedback, and emerging design trends.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in UX/UI design for complex digital products, preferably in B2B or industrial environments.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.

• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and real-time systems.

• Ability to present and communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development environments.

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

• Proven experience working on enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or Industrial IoT solutions.

• Experience collaborating with technical teams and understanding system constraints.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking, user research, and product impact.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Fully remote with flexible working hours.

• Overlap with European or US time zones preferred for collaboration.
