Startup Inno is seeking an experienced and results-driven Renewable Energy Project Lead – Wind & Solar to join our growing global team. This remote role is ideal for a strategic and technically strong professional who is passionate about accelerating the transition to clean energy. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end development and delivery of wind and solar energy projects, from feasibility and design through construction and commissioning.
As a Project Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping Startup Innos renewable portfolio by managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards. Lead and manage the full lifecycle of wind and solar projects, including site assessment, feasibility studies, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management frameworks.
Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, finance, legal, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, investors, utilities, and regulatory authorities.
Oversee permitting, environmental impact assessments, and compliance with local and international energy regulations.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and technological innovation.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project activities.
Support strategic planning and contribute to the long-term renewable energy roadmap of the company.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of wind and solar energy technologies, including system design, grid integration, and energy storage concepts.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar).
Solid understanding of renewable energy regulations, permitting processes, and sustainability frameworks.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with a strong focus on wind and/or solar projects.
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale infrastructure or energy projects from concept to completion.
Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies is highly desirable.
Prior experience in a remote or international work environment is a plus.
Full-time position with flexible working hours.

In-depth understanding of renewable energy markets and industry trends.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including CAPEX/OPEX management and ROI analysis.
