Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Cybersecurity Solutions Architect – Zero Trust to join our growing remote team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern security architectures based on Zero Trust principles across complex digital environments.

You will act as a trusted security advisor, working closely with engineering, IT, cloud, and business stakeholders to ensure that security is embedded into every layer of our technology stack. This role is ideal for a cybersecurity professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex security challenges, and is passionate about building resilient, scalable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of enterprise-level Zero Trust security architectures.

• Assess existing infrastructure and develop roadmaps for transitioning to Zero Trust models.

• Architect secure solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.

• Define identity and access management (IAM) strategies, including MFA, SSO, and least-privilege access.

• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and IT teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.

• Conduct security risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability analysis.

• Develop security policies, standards, and best practices aligned with business goals.

• Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies (e.g., ZTNA, CASB, SIEM, EDR).

• Lead incident response planning and contribute to cyber resilience strategies.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior security professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Zero Trust architecture and security frameworks.

• Deep understanding of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection.

• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM), including Azure AD, Okta, or similar platforms.

• Solid knowledge of security protocols, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, CASB, and ZTNA solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to translate complex security concepts into business-friendly language.

Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.

• 3+ years of experience in security architecture or solutions design.

• Proven experience implementing Zero Trust strategies in enterprise environments.

• Relevant certifications are a strong plus (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security, Azure Security).

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.

• Full-time role (40 hours per week).
