Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst – Business Intelligence (BI) Strategy to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to design, build, and optimize BI solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and growth.

As a Data Analyst at Startup Inno, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing complex datasets, building dashboards, and presenting actionable insights to leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.

• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data models.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic initiatives.

• Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support management and operational teams.

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across all reporting systems.

• Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for advanced analysis.

• Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis (preferred).

• Ability to communicate complex data insights in simple terms.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or BI Analyst role.

• Proven experience working with large datasets and business reporting.

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing digital environment is an advantage.

• Prior experience in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
