Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote SAP S/4HANA Consultant – Cloud Migration to join our growing global technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA cloud migration projects for enterprise clients across multiple industries. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations modernize their ERP landscapes, optimize business processes, and fully leverage the power of SAP S/4HANA in cloud environments.

This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ECC to S/4HANA cloud migration projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid approaches).

• Assess existing SAP landscapes and design optimal migration strategies.

• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules based on business requirements.

• Perform system conversions, data migration, testing, and go-live support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.

• Provide solution architecture and best practice recommendations.

• Manage integration with third-party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client teams.

• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure project milestones are met.

• Prepare technical documentation and migration roadmaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration.

• Expertise in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM.

• Solid understanding of SAP Activate methodology.

• Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Proficiency in data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, Migration Cockpit).

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and basic ABAP.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting or ERP implementations.

• At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration projects completed.

• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams is preferred.

• Background in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or cloud projects is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for global client meetings.

• Fully remote role with occasional virtual workshops and training sessions.
