Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (Vue3/Go) to join our growing AI Platform Hub team. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications that power next-generation AI-driven products.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our core AI platform. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, secure, and user-centric solutions that support real-world business use cases across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Vue 3 (frontend) and Go (backend).

• Build scalable APIs and microservices to support AI workflows and data pipelines.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

• Translate product requirements into technical solutions with clean, maintainable code.

• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of the platform.

• Lead architectural decisions and contribute to system design and technical roadmaps.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain best practices.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and database queries.

• Work closely with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Vue.js 3, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Solid backend experience with Go (Golang) and RESTful API development.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Proven experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks and Go in production environments.

• Prior experience in AI-driven platforms, data-intensive systems, or SaaS products is a strong advantage.

• Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
