Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior UX/UI Designer – Industrial IoT Specialist to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences for our next-generation Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms. In this strategic role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex industrial systems into simple, elegant, and impactful user experiences.

As a senior member of the design team, you will drive the end-to-end design process—from research and concept to high-fidelity UI and usability testing—ensuring that our products meet both user needs and business objectives in industrial domains such as manufacturing, logistics, energy, and smart infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design strategy for Industrial IoT web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis.

• Translate complex technical data and system processes into clear, user-friendly interfaces.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Define and maintain design systems, UI standards, and component libraries.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.

• Advocate for user-centered design and best UX practices across teams.

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve product usability.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and best practices.

• Ensure accessibility, performance, and consistency across platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.

• Experience designing dashboards, data visualization, and enterprise systems.

• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX problem-solving.

• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with strong time management in a remote environment.

Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

• At least 2–3 years of experience working with Industrial IoT, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.

• Proven experience working in agile or product-led development teams.

• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, energy, automation, or smart systems is highly preferred.

• Prior experience leading design initiatives or mentoring designers is a strong plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours with overlap across global time zones.
