Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Renewable Energy Project Lead – Wind & Solar to manage and deliver high-impact renewable energy projects across global markets. This is a fully remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of wind and solar projects—from feasibility and planning to execution, commissioning, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. You will play a critical role in driving Startup Innos mission to accelerate the global transition toward clean, sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage wind and solar energy projects from concept to completion.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, contractors, and external partners.

• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.

• Monitor project performance, milestones, and KPIs.

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.

• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements.

• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

• Strong understanding of wind and solar energy systems, grid integration, and energy storage.

• Proven project management skills with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Jira, or similar).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.

• High level of professionalism, accountability, and leadership mindset.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project management.

• Hands-on experience managing wind and/or solar projects end-to-end.

• Experience working with international teams, contractors, or energy developers is a strong plus.

• Prior experience in remote project leadership roles is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration windows based on project needs.
