Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Cybersecurity Solutions Architect – Zero Trust to design, implement, and lead next-generation security architectures for our global clients. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate complex security requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient solutions, with a strong focus on Zero Trust principles.

As a key member of our cybersecurity leadership team, you will work closely with engineering, cloud, DevOps, and enterprise stakeholders to protect critical systems, applications, and data. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving security transformation initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level Zero Trust security architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.

• Lead security solution design for identity, access management, network security, endpoint security, and data protection.

• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis for new and existing systems.

• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to integrate security into system architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop security standards, reference architectures, and technical documentation.

• Advise stakeholders on security strategies, tools, and technologies.

• Evaluate and recommend security products and vendors.

• Support incident response, security audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles and frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM), MFA, SSO, and PAM solutions.

• Solid understanding of network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN).

• Proficiency in endpoint security, EDR/XDR tools, and data loss prevention (DLP).

• Familiarity with security standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CIS.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.

• 3+ years in a solutions architect, security architect, or similar leadership role.

• Proven experience designing enterprise security architectures.

• Experience working in SaaS, cloud-native, or technology-driven organizations preferred.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
