Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst – Remote Business Intelligence (BI) Strategy to join our fast-growing, innovation-driven team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and operations teams to design, develop, and optimize BI solutions that support business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.

• Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies.

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows for efficiency.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all analytics platforms.

• Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.

• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or BI role.

• Proven experience working with large datasets and building dashboards.

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment is a plus.

• Prior experience supporting strategic or executive-level reporting is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Flexible working hours with overlap required for core business hours (typically aligned with the companys primary time zone).
