Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote SAP S/4HANA Consultant – Cloud Migration to support our clients in their digital transformation journey. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering SAP S/4HANA cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy SAP systems to modern, scalable cloud-based environments.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cloud architects to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency, performance, and business value. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work with global clients and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA cloud migration projects (Assessment, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy).

• Analyze existing SAP ECC landscapes and define migration strategies (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Landscape Transformation).

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Perform system conversion, data migration, testing, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for SAP deployments.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and IT teams.

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.

• Ensure best practices, compliance, and security standards are followed.

• Prepare project documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.

• Provide ongoing support and optimization after migration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionalities.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Proficiency in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM.

• Experience with SAP tools: SUM, SPAM, SLT, LVM, and Migration Cockpit.

• Solid understanding of data migration concepts and integration.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting or implementation.

• At least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

• Experience working in cloud-based SAP environments is mandatory.

• Prior experience in consulting firms or large enterprise projects is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
