Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (Vue3/Go) to join our fast-growing AI Platform Hub. In this role, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling high-performance web applications that power our AI-driven products and services.

You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and fellow engineers to develop innovative solutions that enable businesses to leverage artificial intelligence effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Vue.js 3 on the frontend and Go (Golang) on the backend.

• Architect scalable APIs and microservices to support AI workflows and data processing.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate models and intelligent services into the platform.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.

• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications.

• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in software development.

• Optimize existing systems for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Vue.js 3, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Advanced experience with Go (Golang) for backend development.

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• At least 3+ years in a senior or lead developer role.

• Proven experience building and scaling production-grade applications.

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is highly preferred.

• Prior exposure to AI/ML platforms or data-intensive systems is a strong advantage.
