Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has strong expertise in Xero accounting software, financial reporting, and management accounting.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing accurate financial insights, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring strong financial controls across the organization. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.

  • Generate accurate financial reports using Xero, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems.

  • Reconcile accounts, review transactions, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist with financial planning, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.

  • Prepare reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Strong experience with Xero accounting software (mandatory).

  • Excellent knowledge of management accounting principles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.


Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or similar roles.

  • Proven experience preparing financial reports and management dashboards.

  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a strong advantage.

  • Prior experience in a multinational or tech-driven organization is preferred.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role.

  • Flexible working hours with availability during core business hours (aligned with global teams).

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
