Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Solution Architect – Enterprise Banking to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions for our global financial services clients. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures while mentoring engineering teams and influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale enterprise banking systems and digital platforms.

• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to define solution roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-availability architectures across core banking, payments, lending, CRM, and digital channels.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and data privacy requirements.

• Produce detailed architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle from concept to deployment.

• Review system designs and code for architectural consistency and best practices.

• Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, promoting architectural excellence.

• Act as a key escalation point for complex technical issues and system performance challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and solution design within banking or financial services.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, SOA, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and payment gateways.

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, IAM, encryption, and compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect role.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale banking or financial services solutions.

• Experience working in global or multi-country enterprise environments.

• Prior experience in remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.
