Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Remote Secondary School Teacher – Online STEM to join our global digital education team. This role is designed for an experienced educator who is enthusiastic about teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subjects in a virtual learning environment. The successful candidate will deliver engaging online lessons to secondary school students, foster critical thinking, and support learners in achieving strong academic outcomes through innovative digital teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality online lessons aligned with international secondary school curricula.

• Teach STEM subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or integrated STEM modules.

• Develop interactive teaching materials, assessments, quizzes, and project-based learning activities.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback on assignments and performance.

• Conduct live virtual classes using video conferencing tools and learning management systems.

• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic reports.

• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students to support their learning goals.

• Collaborate with curriculum designers and academic coordinators to improve content quality.

• Participate in virtual staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, STEM field, or a related discipline (Masters preferred).

• Teaching certification or professional teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent).

• Strong command of at least one STEM subject at the secondary level.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, LMS tools, and video conferencing software.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at secondary school level.

• Prior experience in online or remote teaching is highly preferred.

• Experience with international curricula (IGCSE, IB, CBSE, or similar) is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote working schedule.

• Typically 20–40 hours per week, depending on class allocation.

• Classes may be scheduled across different time zones to support global students.
