Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer (AWS/Azure) to join our remote infrastructure team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that support scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our cloud transformation strategy, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across multi-cloud environments.
As a Cloud Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, cybersecurity, software engineering, and IT operations to build robust cloud architectures that align with business goals. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work with global teams on cutting-edge cloud technologies.
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms.
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures.
Automate cloud operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security using cloud-native tools.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization.
Support CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Document cloud architectures, processes, and operational procedures.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
Proficiency in cloud networking, including VPC, subnets, VPNs, load balancers, and DNS.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Understanding of cloud security principles and identity management (IAM, RBAC).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles.
Experience working in enterprise or large-scale cloud environments is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar are highly desirable.
Full-time, remote position.
Standard business hours with flexibility depending on project requirements.
Occasional availability for on-call support or system maintenance.

Ability to manage complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
