Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Remote Registered Nurse – Telehealth Triage & Support to join our growing virtual healthcare team. In this role, you will provide professional nursing support through digital platforms, delivering high-quality clinical triage, patient education, and care coordination for patients across diverse populations. This is a fully remote position designed for nurses who are passionate about technology-enabled healthcare and committed to improving patient outcomes in a virtual environment.
As a Telehealth Registered Nurse, you will act as a critical point of contact for patients, ensuring safe, timely, and evidence-based clinical guidance while collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals across multiple specialties.
Conduct virtual clinical assessments and triage patients via phone, video, and secure messaging platforms.
Evaluate symptoms, determine urgency, and provide appropriate clinical advice following established protocols.
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and self-management strategies.
Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals.
Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Monitor patient progress and escalate critical cases when necessary.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and caregivers.
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, healthcare regulations, and patient privacy standards.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical training programs.
Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in telehealth systems, EHR platforms, and digital tools.
High level of empathy, professionalism, and patient-centered care approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care, emergency, triage, or primary care preferred).
Previous experience in telehealth, call center nursing, or remote patient monitoring is a strong advantage.
Experience in patient education, care coordination, or case management is desirable.
