Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Automated Testing Integration to join our growing technology operations team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about reliability engineering, automation, and modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with senior SREs, QA engineers, and software development teams to ensure system stability, scalability, and continuous improvement through automated testing and monitoring solutions.

As a Junior SRE, you will play a key role in integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, improving system observability, and supporting high-availability production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks within CI/CD pipelines.

• Support the monitoring and reliability of cloud-based systems and applications.

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify system issues and improve testing coverage.

• Help maintain incident response processes and participate in root cause analysis (RCA).

• Develop scripts and tools to automate routine operational tasks.

• Monitor system performance and generate reports on availability, reliability, and efficiency.

• Document system processes, testing procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Participate in on-call rotations under supervision of senior engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure concepts.

• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or similar.

• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, Java, or JavaScript).

• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems.

• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, QA automation, DevOps, or system operations.

• Internship or project experience in automation, cloud platforms, or reliability engineering is a plus.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Standard business hours with flexibility depending on project needs.

• Occasional on-call support with proper compensation or time-off benefits.
