Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Specialist – E-learning Content Delivery to join our growing digital learning technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure that supports the delivery of online learning platforms and digital content across global audiences.

You will work closely with software engineers, content developers, instructional designers, and product teams to ensure seamless deployment, continuous integration, and optimal system performance for our e-learning solutions. This role is ideal for a DevOps professional who is passionate about cloud technologies and digital education.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for e-learning platforms and content delivery systems.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and scalability.

• Automate deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.

• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security using industry-standard monitoring tools.

• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.

• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide rapid resolution.

• Maintain documentation for infrastructure and operational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.

• Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDN) and media streaming platforms.

• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer role.

• Experience working with SaaS platforms or digital learning systems is an advantage.

• Proven experience supporting high-traffic applications in production environments.
