Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Security DevOps – Identity Management professional to join our global technology team. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access management (IAM) solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
The successful candidate will work at the intersection of Cloud Security, DevOps, and Identity Governance, ensuring that users, systems, and applications have the right level of access at the right time, while maintaining compliance, security, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with security architects, cloud engineers, and application teams to embed identity security into the DevOps lifecycle.
Design, implement, and manage cloud-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Integrate IAM into CI/CD pipelines to enable secure DevSecOps practices.
Automate identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least-privilege models.
Manage identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Monitor and remediate identity-related security risks and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure IAM controls meet regulatory standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Conduct access reviews, audits, and continuous improvements of identity policies.
Support incident response and root cause analysis for identity and access issues.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to development and operations teams.
Strong experience in Cloud IAM services such as:
AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), GCP IAM
Hands-on experience with identity platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Auth0.
Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices: Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP).
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of container security and identity integration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong understanding of security principles such as Zero Trust Architecture.
4–8 years of experience in Cloud Security, DevOps, or Identity Management roles.
Proven experience implementing IAM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven organizations.
Prior experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom, or government) is a plus.
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours with overlap required for global collaboration.
On-call support may be required for critical security incidents.
