Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer – Hybrid Storage Solutions to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about designing, building, and operating modern cloud and hybrid storage platforms that support mission-critical applications across global enterprises.

As a Cloud DevOps specialist, you will play a key role in bridging cloud infrastructure, on-premise systems, and modern DevOps practices to ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of storage services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud Architects, SREs, Security, and Application Engineering to deliver reliable storage solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage hybrid storage architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud and storage-related services.

• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot storage performance, availability, and capacity.

• Ensure data resilience through backup, disaster recovery, and replication strategies.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate storage solutions into cloud-native applications.

• Implement security best practices including encryption, access control, and compliance standards.

• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Document system architectures, processes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Solid understanding of hybrid cloud and storage technologies (NAS, SAN, Object Storage).

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

• Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Good scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

• Understanding of networking concepts and security principles.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.

• Proven experience managing storage solutions in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or global IT environments is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Flexible working hours with support for hybrid or remote working models.

• May require participation in on-call rotations for critical systems support.
