Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Automation Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of automated infrastructure solutions across our enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks. This role will be instrumental in driving scalability, reliability, and efficiency in our IT operations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated infrastructure solutions leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and Security teams to ensure seamless deployment pipelines and operational efficiency.

• Develop and enforce automation standards, best practices, and governance for infrastructure provisioning and management.

• Lead the migration and optimization of on-premise infrastructure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance and availability using advanced automation and monitoring tools.

• Conduct architecture reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor teams on automation best practices.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in infrastructure automation and cloud architecture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or CloudFormation.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automated deployment tools.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and storage in enterprise environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 4–5 years in automation and DevOps practices.

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale infrastructure automation solutions.

• Experience working in large, complex, multi-cloud environments is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.

• May require occasional on-call support or flexible hours for critical deployments or incident management.
