Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive the deployment, automation, and operational excellence of AI and ML models across our enterprise platforms. This role will lead a team of engineers in building scalable MLOps pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and delivery of machine learning models, and maintaining high availability of production systems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in DevOps practices with hands-on experience in AI/ML deployment and strong leadership skills.

As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Developers to implement end-to-end MLOps strategies that accelerate model deployment while maintaining strict security, compliance, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of robust MLOps pipelines for AI/ML model deployment.

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of models into production environments.

• Implement CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows, including automated testing, monitoring, and rollback mechanisms.

• Optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platforms.

• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.

• Establish DevOps best practices, documentation, and governance for MLOps processes.

• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in DevOps and MLOps, with hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models in production.

• Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).

• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kubeflow).

• Experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

• Excellent scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, or similar).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in DevOps or MLOps roles, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated track record of deploying large-scale ML models and managing production-grade pipelines.

• Experience in global or multi-team project environments is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for international collaboration.

• On-call rotation may be required to ensure 24/7 availability of mission-critical ML systems.

• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps methodologies, and AI/ML deployment challenges.

• Ability to bridge the gap between data science and operations teams effectively.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, team building, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing ML deployment strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
