Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Consultant with expertise in compliance and security audits to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development, operations, and security, ensuring that our software delivery lifecycle adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor secure systems, helping the organization maintain a proactive security posture while enabling continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement DevSecOps strategies, integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines and development processes.

• Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks for cloud infrastructure, applications, and internal systems.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities, enforce policies, and maintain compliance.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to security standards, audit findings, and remediation plans.

• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant standards.

• Design automated monitoring tools to detect security breaches, misconfigurations, or compliance gaps.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of security awareness across teams.

• Support incident response efforts and ensure timely resolution of security issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in DevSecOps, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with security tools such as OWASP ZAP, SonarQube, Fortify, Nessus, or equivalent.

• Deep understanding of compliance standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).

• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Shell, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).

• Knowledge of container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code security practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead security initiatives across multiple teams.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevSecOps, IT security, or compliance roles within large organizations.

• Proven track record in leading security audits, implementing compliance programs, and integrating security into DevOps pipelines.

• Experience working in a multinational, fast-paced technology environment is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time role, typically 40 hours per week, with flexibility depending on project requirements.

• Occasional on-call support for critical audits, incident responses, or compliance checks may be required.

• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable DevSecOps practices.
