Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and visionary DevOps Architect – Multi-Cloud Strategy to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable DevOps platforms across multiple cloud environments. This role is critical in shaping our cloud-first strategy, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and reliability across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.

As a DevOps Architect, you will act as a technical leader and strategic advisor, driving best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security, and observability. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient, cost-effective, and high-performing cloud solutions that support our global digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-wide multi-cloud DevOps architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Define and implement standardized CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.

• Develop and enforce infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep.

• Establish best practices for cloud security, governance, and compliance (DevSecOps).

• Lead cloud migration strategies and modernization initiatives for legacy systems.

• Implement advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or Cloud-native services.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Mentor DevOps engineers and provide architectural guidance across teams.

• Optimize cloud costs through FinOps strategies and resource governance.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging DevOps and cloud technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in multi-cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Deep understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and Agile methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi.

• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm.

• Experience with configuration management and automation tools.

• Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, and compliance frameworks.

• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and managing multi-cloud architectures.

• Proven experience in large-scale cloud transformation or enterprise DevOps programs.

• Experience working in complex, distributed, and global environments is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday.

• Flexible working hours with overlapping availability for global teams.

• Occasional on-call support for critical deployments or incidents.

• Hybrid or remote working options depending on project and location.
