Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and visionary DevOps Lead – Blockchain Infrastructure to spearhead the development, deployment, and maintenance of our next-generation blockchain platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions, driving automation, and enabling rapid delivery of blockchain-based applications. This role requires a deep understanding of DevOps practices, cloud architectures, containerization, and blockchain ecosystems, with a focus on improving efficiency, reliability, and security of production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of blockchain infrastructure across multiple environments (development, staging, production).

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored to blockchain applications, smart contracts, and distributed ledger systems.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of blockchain nodes, clusters, and network components.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and disaster recovery processes.

• Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to establish best practices for secure and efficient DevOps workflows.

• Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of blockchain infrastructure.

• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

• Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies, DevOps tools, and cloud-native architectures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker.

• Deep understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, or similar.

• Solid grasp of networking, security, and infrastructure design principles for distributed systems.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go) for automation and orchestration.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

• Strong knowledge of containerization, microservices, and orchestration.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.

• Proven experience managing blockchain infrastructure or distributed ledger systems in production.

• Experience with multi-cloud deployment and hybrid cloud solutions is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, standard working hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Flexibility for on-call support for critical blockchain operations and deployments.

• Remote or hybrid options may be available based on business requirements.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation frameworks.

• Ability to design fault-tolerant, scalable, and secure distributed systems.
