Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking DevOps Consultant – Digital Transformation to join our global technology advisory team. This role is designed for a strategic professional who can bridge the gap between development, operations, and business objectives to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

As a DevOps Consultant, you will work with enterprise clients across multiple industries to modernize their IT infrastructure, implement cloud-native solutions, and establish high-performing DevOps practices. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through cultural, process, and technological changes that enable agility, scalability, and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DevOps transformation projects for enterprise clients.

• Assess existing IT environments and design modern DevOps architectures.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using industry-leading tools and best practices.

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

• Drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Embed DevSecOps practices and security automation across pipelines.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

• Prepare documentation, solution designs, and executive-level reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Agile, and SDLC methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).

• Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation or modernization programs.

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Standard business hours with flexibility based on client projects.

• May require collaboration across different time zones.

• Occasional travel to client locations may be required.
