Global MNC Tech is seeking an experienced and highly organized Release Manager – Agile Software Delivery to lead and govern the end-to-end software release lifecycle across multiple agile teams. This role is critical in ensuring that software releases are planned, coordinated, tested, and delivered to production environments in a timely, predictable, and high-quality manner.
As a Release Manager, you will act as the central point of coordination between product owners, development teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. You will drive continuous improvement in release processes, reduce deployment risks, and enable faster time-to-market while maintaining system stability and compliance with enterprise standards.
Own and manage the complete release management lifecycle across multiple agile teams and products.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases in alignment with business priorities and sprint cycles.
Facilitate release planning meetings, sprint reviews, and go/no-go decisions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Maintain release calendars, deployment schedules, and change logs.
Ensure all release activities follow governance, compliance, and risk management standards.
Identify and mitigate release risks and dependencies across systems and teams.
Monitor release performance metrics and continuously improve release processes.
Support incident and rollback procedures when necessary.
Drive adoption of automation and CI/CD best practices.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience in release management for enterprise-scale applications.
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with release management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple releases across complex environments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software delivery, release management, or program management roles.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
Experience in large-scale enterprise systems or global delivery models is highly preferred.
Full-time role (40 hours per week).

Deep knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
