Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Native DevOps Engineer – Docker & Helm to join our growing global technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, containerized cloud-native infrastructure that supports high-performance applications across multiple business domains.

You will play a key role in enabling continuous delivery, improving system reliability, and driving automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Develop and maintain Helm charts for application deployment and lifecycle management.

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are cloud-native, scalable, and resilient.

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud infrastructure.

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.

  • Implement best practices for container security, image management, and version control.

  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to DevOps strategy and roadmaps.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker and containerization concepts.

  • Solid experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management.

  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration.

  • Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM).

  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.


Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–6 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineering role.

  • Proven experience working with container-based platforms in production environments.

  • Experience in agile or DevOps-driven development teams.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

  • Flexible working hours with core overlap for global collaboration.

  • Remote or hybrid working model depending on location and business needs.
